Optimized Pocket filter workmanship

Please check the following two structure diagrams for the pocket filters. The left one is traditional workmanship. And the right one is optimized one which have cone-shaped sewed pockets.

Traditional way

There will be reclosed areas when operating which will increase the pressure drop. Thus it`s relatively                          high energy costing and shorter lifespan.

Optimized solution

Cone-shaped sewed pockets can make the most

use of the filter media. There is almost no reclosed area.

Traditional pockets reclose easily. Well the optimized solution is cone-shaped sewed pockets. Its pressure drop is lower and lifespan is longer when other assumptions are same (pocket filter size, efficiency, operating condition etc.).
