Each HEPA filter will be tested before market release.

However, once left our factory, damage may occur anytime during the transportation and storage.

Please check your goods immediately after you received them. And once there are some damages,

take photos or vedios for us to judge what happened to them.

This October, one of our customers reported to us about the damage 5 months later after receiving

the deep pleated HEPA filters. However, we decided to compensate them cause we didn`t send them

the safety handling manual for HEPA filters before that.
